We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Structural Design Engineer (UAE National) to join our Engineering team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career engineers specializing in structural design who are eager to develop their technical expertise in structural analysis and design across infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures.
  
  

• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and supporting technical documentation.
  
  

• Develop and coordinate structural drawings with drafting teams.
  
  

• Perform load calculations, modeling, and design verification using structural software.
  
  

• Support preparation of material specifications and technical submittals.
  
  

• Ensure compliance with applicable design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes) and UAE authority regulations.
  
  

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, MEP, geotechnical).
  
  

• Participate in internal design reviews and value engineering exercises.
  
  

• Conduct site visits when required to review structural works and address technical queries.
  
  

• Adhere to QA/QC procedures and documentation standards.
  
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with specialization in Structural Design (Civil or Structural Engineering background preferred).
  
  

• UAE National (Family Book required).
  
  

• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  
  

• Strong understanding of structural mechanics and structural analysis principles.
  
  

• Familiarity with ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or similar structural software.
  
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
  
  

• Knowledge of international design standards and UAE regulations is an advantage.
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
