Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and design practices.
• Liaise effectively with project stakeholders to communicate design intents clearly.
• Mentor junior engineers in best practices and advanced structural principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in structural design engineering within the construction sector.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software, such as SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, their properties, and application guidelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative engineering solutions.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) designation or willingness to obtain within one year.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical proposal presentations.
