Structural BIM Lead

As part of our expansion, we are looking to hire a talented Structural BIM Lead to oversee the overall delivery of projects and is responsible for model governance, quality, coordination, standards compliance, and efficient production of model-based and drawing deliverables from concept through handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage implementation of structural BIM processes across project stages.
• Ensure models are developed in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan, project standards, and company protocols.
• Lead and develop the structural BIM team capability.
• Manage the development, maintenance, health, and quality of the discipline BIM model.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and support clash-free, coordinated delivery.
• Be capable of generating and managing 2D deliverables from the BIM model, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Conduct audits, model checks, and quality reviews using Revit tools and checking workflows.
• Support drawing extraction, sheet set-up, annotations, title blocks, templates, and submission reviews.
• Coordinate with design teams on model set-up, CDE workflows, and project-specific BIM requirements.
  
  

• BSc. degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
• Typically, 15+ years of BIM/digital delivery experience.
• Strong Revit capability and experience with BIM Execution Plans, LOD, and project set-up.
• Familiarity with interoperability between Revit and other discipline tools.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino, API-based workflows, or automation tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of model quality assurance and multidisciplinary coordination.
