Global Services Commercial Business Improvement is driving multiple strategy execution, continuous improvement, and AI‑enabled transformation initiatives across a complex global ecosystem (Global teams, LOBs, GCP&SO, Countries).
This role exists to orchestrate execution at scale, translating strategy into aligned initiatives, creating strong governance and decision systems, and enabling leaders and teams to execute with clarity, pace, and impact.
This role looks over governance design, stakeholder influence, facilitation, and execution discipline.
Mission:
Design, run, and continuously improve the Global Services Commercial governance and execution system to ensure that strategic and continuous improvement initiatives:
- Are clearly aligned to priorities and objectives
- Execute with discipline, transparency, and pace
- Deliver measurable business impact
- Are supported by strong collaboration, decision‑making, and capability building across the organization
Responsibilities:
Global Services Commercial Governance
- Design, deploy, and continuously evolve Global Services Commercial Governance, including:
- Objective setting and alignment
- Performance measurement and KPI tracking
- Decision‑making and escalation framework
- Own and improve the system of management:
- Governance principles
- Decision rights and forums
- Clear accountability models
- Design and run a robust execution cadence:
- Leadership governance calls
- Portfolio and initiative reviews
- Clear agendas, outcomes, and follow‑ups
- Design and facilitate collaboration and alignment workshops with senior leadership
PMO for Strategy Execution & Transformation Initiatives
- Act as PMO / orchestration lead for Strategy Execution and Continuous Improvement initiatives:
- From ideation → design → deployment → adoption
- Work closely with Global Services Commercial SMEs, LOBs, GCP&SO, and countries
- Ensure:
- Clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and ownership
- Structured planning, transparent tracking, clear documentation and communication
- Efficient risk management with mitigation plans
- Executive‑level visibility and decision readiness
- Consistent reporting focused on outcomes, not activity
- Translate strategic ambition into simple, actionable execution plans
Capability Building, Knowledge Enablement & Ways of Working
- Design, launch, and continuously improve a Global Services Commercial Knowledge Enablement system, in close collaboration with the Knowledge Management team, ensuring:
- Best practices, playbooks, templates, and governance artefacts are easy to find, easy to reuse, and embedded in daily work
- Knowledge is structured around execution needs
- Upskill the Global Services population on governance, strategy execution, and project management capabilities through:
- Practical toolkits, templates, and standards
- Targeted enablement sessions and workshops
- Community-based learning and best‑practice sharing
About You:
Functional Expertise
- Strong experience in project and program management (strategic and cross‑functional)
- Proven business acumen and strategic thinking
- Proven excellent presentation skills- ability to make complex things simple and easy to understand
- Experience working with PM tools: Microsoft Project / Jira or Asana (used as the team’s primary workload and execution management tool)
- Solid understanding of governance, performance tracking, and risk management
- Experience operating in global, matrix organizations
- AI fundamentals and prompting
