Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Strategy & Growth Manager to join the Genesis ecosystem. This role is designed for professionals who want to move beyond advisory and actively shape, build, and scale technology businesses. You will work directly with CEOs and Head Office teams, acting as a strategic co-pilot in identifying growth opportunities, launching initiatives, and solving complex business challenges.

It is an ideal transition for candidates from Big4 / MBB, IB, VC, or strategy and growth roles who want real ownership and measurable impact.

What Youll Be Doing

• Analyze ecosystem and market trends to generate actionable insights and inform product, growth, and investment decisions
• Develop and validate strategic hypotheses across monetization, positioning, and go-to-market based on data and competitive analysis
• Identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives and new product opportunities within R&D and venture-building tracks
• Build financial models and support investment decisions, focusing on growth, unit economics, and scalability
• Partner with CEOs and cross-functional teams to drive business scaling and execute key strategic initiatives
• Own prioritization and execution planning, ensuring fast delivery against business goals
• Design and implement scalable processes and operating frameworks to support rapid growth and efficiency
• Deliver C-level insights on performance, risks, and growth opportunities to support decision-making
• Improve team effectiveness by introducing data-driven processes, tools, and performance tracking systems
• Support team scaling through hiring input and identifying critical capability gaps
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment (Big 4 / MBB, IB, VC/PE, or similar)
• Proven ownership of complex, end-to-end initiatives with clear business impact
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions
• High proficiency working with data to drive decisions and challenge assumptions
• Demonstrated bias for action and ability to execute under pressure
• Strong curiosity about business, technology, and the startup ecosystem
• Degree from a top university (2:1 or above)
