A Snapshot of Your Day

Your day is dedicated to orchestrating ONE MEA by standardizing high-impact workflows that turn strategy into measurable business results. Your morning involves directing the Regional Strategy Refresh, ensuring that country-level roadmaps are directly aligned with Order Entry and business performance growth targets. By noon, you are leading the Market Evaluation Process (MEP), acting as the strategic filter that translates techno-economic intelligence into actionable management reviews. In the afternoon, you analyze the Target Operating Model for the Hub, identifying bottlenecks in process excellence and proposing lean governance changes and new digital solutions that can drive operational performance uplift. You wrap up the day by auditing the ONE MEA OKR Framework, ensuring every initiative across the region is vertically and horizontally aligned to maximize financial impact.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Strategic Planning for Growth: Direct the multi-year Regional Strategy Refresh and annual planning cycles, focusing on identifying new market expansions and incremental order entry opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence Integration: Lead the Market Evaluation Process (MEP) as the central MEA focal point, ensuring that regional market shifts are accurately captured by the different businesses, to steer global resource allocation and portfolio decisions.
  • Performance Orchestration: Lead the implementation of the ONE MEA OKR Framework to bridge the gap between long-term ambition and daily execution, ensuring a direct uplift in financial and operational performance.
  • Operational Excellence & Lean Governance: Standardize the Target Operating Model across the Hub and focus countries to reduce process friction and ensure lean governance that supports business agility.
  • Process Integration: Coordinate the integration of global governance programs into regional business processes, ensuring corporate responsibility is a driver of competitive advantage.
  • Metrics-Driven Success: Propose, implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the function, such as the number of process excellence initiatives and the cross-collaboration score, to ensure impact of strategic processes on the region’s health.


What You Bring

  • Master’s degree and above; PhD is a plus, majoring in Economics or Engineering w ith 9+ years in Strategic Planning, Process Excellence, or Operations Management in a multinational environment.
  • Proven expertise in implementing standardized governance frameworks and operating models. Strong experience with Strategic Planning cycles and Market Evaluation processes.
  • Deep energy sector knowledge spanning Oil & Gas, industrial applications, generation technologies, transmission products and services, utilities, and/or alternative, clean, and distributed energy solutions.
  • Expertise in performance management, including OKR (Objectives & Key Results) methodology. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects in a matrix type organization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior executive stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in business productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Think‑Cell, Efficient Elements, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI applications is considered a plus.
