Job Role :Strategic Client Advisor – Oracle Cloud Applications
Location: Dubai
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP modules and a strong understanding of the end-to-end services ecosystem—including staff augmentation, managed services, and custom development/implementation services.
You will be responsible for selling Oracle Fusion ERP licenses and related professional services to large enterprises, partnering with internal teams and external service providers to deliver comprehensive transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic sales cycles focused on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud (Finance, SCM, HCM, Procurement, Projects, etc.) and associated services (implementation, support, managed services).
Work closely with delivery teams and service partners to craft end-to-end ERP transformation solutions, including resource augmentation and custom development when required.
Own customer relationships across Finance, IT, and Procurement functions—engaging with CFOs, CIOs, Controllers, and Program Directors.
Develop multi-layered account strategies and manage a high-value pipeline with full forecast ownership.
Respond to RFPs, structure complex proposals, and negotiate commercial terms across license and services contracts.
Collaborate with Oracle Consulting, system integrators, and offshore teams to align on execution plans and delivery capacity.
Keep abreast of Oracle roadmap updates, licensing models, and service delivery frameworks.
Represent Oracle in customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
8–12+ years of enterprise software and services sales experience, with a focus on Oracle Fusion ERP or similar platforms (e.g., SAP).
Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion modules, such as:
Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Mgmt)
Procurement
Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Human Capital Management (HCM) (optional but beneficial)
Proven experience selling both product (Oracle) and professional services (staff augmentation, implementation, support, AMS).
