This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.

What Youll Do

• Work closely with Account Managers to provide high-quality services to key partners, collaborate with various internal teams to provide support in project management, daily operation, knowledge consolidation etc. 2. Project Management: Responsible for the management of multi-brand projects. Based on the business goals that need to be achieved, break down key actions and the deadlines of each sub-project, regularly follow up on progress and TODOs to ensure the delivery of business results. 3. Operational Support: Assist Account Managers in handling the daily operational needs of brand partners, such as adjustments to financial bills, menu settings, handling cancelled order enquires, etc. 4. Knowledge Consolidation: Integrate the experience and methodology of the sales team to design and produce standardized communication materials, sales kits and FAQs, increasing the efficiency of account managers. 5. Communication and Coordination: Collect demands regarding Keetas systems and product functions from colleagues and brand partners, passing the feedback to product team and assist in optimizing existing processes.
  
  

• Senior undergraduate student or above, available for at least 4 days per week .Proficient in office software with basic data processing skills. 2. Strong teamwork, cross-department communication, and written communication abilities.Detail-oriented, reliable, self-driven, and capable of delivering high-quality results on time. 3. Open-minded with fast learning agility to grasp new concepts and business logic. 4. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
