About The Opportunity

A fast-paced import-export logistics firm operating across the UAE, we specialize in managing high-volume inventory flows for international trade clients. With a strong focus on precision, compliance, and operational efficiency, we ensure seamless movement of goods through customs, warehousing, and last-mile distribution—supporting regional supply chains with reliability and speed.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records using ERP or WMS systems, ensuring real-time stock visibility.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming shipments in compliance with safety and customs documentation.
• Prepare and dispatch outbound goods with correct documentation, packaging, and carrier coordination.
• Conduct regular stock audits, identify discrepancies, and escalate variances for corrective action.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customs teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid overstock/backorders.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to OSHAD or UAE labor safety standards.
