Storekeeper - Spare Parts Automotive

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Storekeeper to join our supply chain operations. As part of our Specialized Sports Equipment team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, ensuring the seamless management of automotive spare parts inventory. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse and drive accuracy in every aspect of the spare parts process.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming automotive spare parts efficiently and accurately.
• Issue spare parts to workshop and sales departments as per requirements, maintaining correct documentation at all times.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through diligent stock control, cycle counting, and timely stock audits.
• Process goods receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches proficiently within the ERP/WMS system.
• Oversee bin location management and uphold strict adherence to FIFO principles in warehouse organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage area, complying with operational standards.
• Report and monitor all stock discrepancies, and highlight damaged, slow-moving, or obsolete items to management.
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive spare parts warehouse environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems for inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite for reporting and stock analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Strong ability to work in a high-paced team environment and meet operational targets.
  
  

• Solid knowledge of warehouse best practices, inventory procedures, and stock control within the automotive sector.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability when handling stock variances and discrepancies.
• Experience supporting workshop operations and automotive parts sales teams.
