Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Store Supervisor for our indoor activities center, coded as 04F25, to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and an ability to foster a positive team environment, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role entails undertaking supervisory duties, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence. The Store Supervisor will be pivotal in developing strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage a team, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance standards.
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking of supplies.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and handle any complaints or issues promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure effective workforce management to meet business needs.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to boost customer engagement and sales.
  • Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior management regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events and activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store to uphold brand standards.
  • Evaluate and improve service processes based on customer feedback and operational data.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Experience with scheduling software and workforce management tools preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and demands.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and retail management software is highly desirable.
