We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
Train and coach staff on excellent customer service practices.
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff.
Create work schedules, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and markdowns.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Implement loss prevention measures.
Ensure that products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
Rotate merchandise and update displays regularly.
Manage the store budget and control expenses.
Prepare sales and financial reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail management role.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
