Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Analyze store sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends to suggest changes to make the store more competitive.
  • Manage store visual presentation to provide a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Prepare and manage the store budget, keeping expenses within set limits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in sports retail.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and understanding of basic financial concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
