The Store Manager plays a key role in driving the success of our high-volume retail stores in the UAE. You will lead a team on the shop floor, ensuring strong commercial performance, exceptional customer experience, and smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced CPG environment, is driven by results, and is passionate about building and developing high-performing teams.


What You’ll Do

Store Performance & Sales

  • Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor daily performance and take proactive actions to drive conversion, ATV, and UPT.
  • Implement strategies to maximize footfall conversion and customer engagement.
  • Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance across the team.

Retail Operations & Excellence

  • Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure stock availability, efficient replenishment, and accurate inventory management.
  • Monitor shrinkage, stock accuracy, and implement control measures.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Ensure all operational processes are executed efficiently and in line with company standards.

Customer Experience

  • Champion a customer-first mindset across the team.
  • Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve them effectively and professionally.
  • Drive a consistent and engaging in-store experience aligned with SARA’s brand values.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing store team.
  • Set clear goals, provide continuous feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and high-energy work environment.
  • Support workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing based on business needs.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

  • Ensure all visual merchandising guidelines are implemented effectively.
  • Maintain strong product presentation aligned with brand direction.
  • Support execution of campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations.
  • Ensure consistency of brand standards across all touchpoints.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Monitor and report on store performance, KPIs, and key insights.
  • Work closely with operations, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment.
  • Share customer and market insights to support business decisions.


What You Should Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in retail, preferably within retail environments.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading store performance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of retail KPIs and performance drivers.
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong presence on the shop floor.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English is a must.
