Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will possess a DHA license, demonstrating their expertise and compliance with industry regulations. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the pharmacy runs smoothly, adhering to both company policies and sector laws. You will lead a team of pharmacy staff, manage inventory, foster customer relationships, and optimize sales and profitability. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all daily operations of the pharmacy efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all health regulations and pharmacy laws at all times.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets consistently.
  • Manage staff scheduling and duties to ensure a well-functioning team.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels accurately.
  • Prepare financial reports, analyze data, and identify business trends.
  • Facilitate continuous training and development for all pharmacy staff members.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement.
  • Ensure that the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming to customers.
  • Lead by example, motivating staff to achieve their best performance daily.

Requirements

  • Must possess a current and valid DHA license for practice.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field is essential.
  • Minimum of five years experience in pharmacy management roles.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Outstanding communication skills for customer and staff interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in pharmacy-related software and Microsoft Office Suite.
