We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager for our pharmacy, who holds a DHA license. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customers receive exceptional service, and maintaining compliance with all legal and health regulations. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all health regulations and legal requirements in the pharmacy.
  • Maintain inventory levels, product availability, and conduct regular stock assessments.
  • Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff to meet store objectives and customer service goals.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability in alignment with company objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide guidance in resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely ordering and replenishment of stock.
  • Implement policies, standards, and procedures to enhance pharmacy operations and efficiency.
  • Monitor sales data, analyze trends, and report on store performance metrics regularly.
  • Ensure the maintenance of pharmacy records and reports as per regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Lead promotional activities and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and store traffic.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid DHA license for operating within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Pharmacy Store Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coach a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, and pharmacy management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
