Job Description

As a Store Manager in Luxury Retail, you will play a pivotal role in the operation and success of our high-end retail establishment. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, and maximizing store profitability. Your role will include driving sales, maintaining high visual and operational standards, and fostering a welcoming and sophisticated environment that reflects the brand's prestige. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills will be essential in engaging the team to meet sales goals and maintain the brand’s reputation for excellence in customer experience. With your keen eye for detail and deep understanding of luxury products, you will ensure that every aspect of the store meets the discerning expectations of our clientele.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve set sales targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery by coaching staff and leading by example.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the store.
  • Monitor and analyze sales figures, costs, and inventory turnover to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, legal regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Manage store budgets and expenditures prudently to ensure profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers and key clients.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, performance, and feedback.
  • Train and develop staff to promote a high-performance work environment.
  • Coordinate with marketing and corporate teams to align store promotions with the brand's messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a keen understanding of luxury clientele.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales figures and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
