Job Description

As a Store Manager in our high-energy fashion retail environment, you will play a crucial role in driving store performance and excellence. Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong and capable workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers.
  • Ability to analyze sales figures and market trends for decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in using retail software, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
