The Store Manager at our Fashion Retail Outlet plays a critical role in leading the team to achieve exceptional customer service and store performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team to provide outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect brand aesthetic and promotions.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and development of new and existing team members.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and loss prevention practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with head office and regional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage orders to optimize inventory turnover and maximize sales.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to develop team potential.
  • Manage store budgets, including payroll and other expenses, to achieve financial objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to keep the store competitive within the fashion retail landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and retail regulations to maintain a safe shopping environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a retail team.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and staff effectively.
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
  • A detailed understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge of retail management software applications and proficient in basic computer skills.
