Job Description

As a Store Manager in our dynamic Fashion Retail chain, you will serve as the cornerstone of store operations and customer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and ensuring store readiness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store financial targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to enhance team performance and employee growth.
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory and merchandising strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional activities and in-store events to boost sales.
  • Maintain store standards in terms of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff, ensuring alignment with company values and standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory efficiently.
  • Implement and monitor loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and protect assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and retail guidelines consistently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, trends, and retail best practices.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies from insights gathered.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record in enhancing customer experience.
  • Competence in inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
