Job Description

The Store Manager position in Fashion Retail is a critical role that aims to drive revenue growth and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in the store environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance to enhance store productivity.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Analyze sales figures and forecasts future sales to optimize store performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries, offering solutions promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock flow.
  • Develop and implement store policies and strategies to improve sales and efficiency.
  • Organize store promotional events to attract new customers and boost sales.
  • Maintain store’s cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Prepare and manage the store’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of retail management best practices and customer service standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work during retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
