Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in retail management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and implement actionable business strategies.
  • Experience in inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
