Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations and overall success of our retail establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the store runs efficiently and effectively according to the brand's standards. You will lead and inspire a team to deliver the highest level of customer service, while achieving sales targets and fostering an engaging store environment. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing inventory, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and market trends to develop strategies that enhance the store's performance and drive profitability.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the store team to deliver excellent customer service and performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed store sales targets.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company objectives and updates.
  • Ensure the store adheres to all company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and accuracy of orders.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and to plan inventory and marketing strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Monitor and motivate store staff to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain an inviting, clean, and safe store environment for customers and employees.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to maintain store reputation.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, aiming to optimize overall profitability and cost control.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement promotions and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills are essential for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.
  • Proficiency in store management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales and customer data to drive the store’s performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
