Job Description

As a Store Manager at 18O25, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and success of our retail location. Your leadership will guide the store team to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales and profitability goals. You will be responsible for ensuring the store environment is consistently inviting, the shelves are well-stocked, and the standards of excellence are maintained. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and address customer queries.
  • Maintain optimum inventory levels and manage stock replenishment efficiently.
  • Execute creative merchandising strategies to enhance the visual appeal.
  • Oversee store financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team capabilities and retention.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and create action plans for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards at all times.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute store promotions.
  • Resolve operational issues efficiently to minimize disruption to store activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of retail management experience with proven success.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
