Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize enterprise storage environments (configuration, monitoring, performance tuning)
• Manage storage platforms including Dell EMC, IBM Storage, and Pure Storage
• Handle SAN/NAS environments, including zoning, LUN masking, and SAN director management
• Implement and manage replication solutions for HA and DR
• Monitor system performance and lead capacity planning initiatives
• Integrate and manage backup solutions and data lifecycle processes (retention, archiving)

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise storage administration
• Strong expertise in SAN and NAS technologies
• Hands-on experience with storage replication, HA, and DR solutions
• Deep understanding of performance monitoring and capacity planning
• Experience with backup integration and data lifecycle management
