As a Stock Assurance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing stock integrity and compliance within our organization. You will be the cornerstone in ensuring that the stock processes and systems align with the company's objectives while adhering to quality and regulatory standards. As the Stock Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising stock audits, resolving stock discrepancies, and enhancing inventory techniques, thereby instilling confidence within our supply chain and among stakeholders. Your role will encompass the stewardship of stock management protocols and supporting teams to foster accurate stock management systems. Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and implement stock assurance strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies timely.
  • Review and enhance existing stock management procedures and systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on best stock management practices.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for stock assurance performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to manage stock level requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company stock policies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Implement technology-driven solutions to improve stock control processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stock accuracy.
  • Lead stock assurance meetings and communicate with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in stock management or similar roles.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in supervisory roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve complex stock issues.
