Label, scan and record stock accurately using the relevant systems and procedures.
Organise and store products safely in designated locations, maintaining clear and accurate stock records.
Pick, pack and prepare stock for transfers, customer orders or other operational requirements.
Support stock replenishment and ensure products are moved efficiently between storage and retail areas.
Assist with regular stock counts, inventory checks and investigations into stock discrepancies.
Follow procedures for stock rotation, product handling and the secure storage of goods.
Maintain clean, tidy and organised stockrooms and work areas.
Handle products with care, following any specific requirements for luxury, delicate or high-value items.
Communicate clearly with colleagues to coordinate stock movements and resolve operational queries.
Report damaged products, stock shortages, system issues or safety concerns promptly.
Follow company processes, health and safety guidance and security requirements at all times.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within agreed timelines, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, retail or inventory role is preferred.
Good attention to detail when checking products, quantities and stock information.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep stock areas orderly.
Comfortable using handheld scanners, inventory systems or other digital tools, with the willingness to learn.
Basic numeracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
A reliable, punctual and responsible approach to work.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond positively to changing priorities.
Commitment to following stock control, security and health and safety procedures.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or public holidays where required.
Physical ability to stand, walk and move stock for extended periods, and safely lift or carry items when required.
Previous experience handling luxury or high-value products is an advantage.
What’s In It for You?
Gain valuable experience in stock control and day-to-day retail operations.
Develop practical skills in inventory systems, product handling and stock movement.
Work with colleagues across a collaborative and fast-moving team.
Build your understanding of how accurate stock management supports retail and customer operations.
