Job Description

Summary-

The Stewarding Manager is responsible for overseeing the stewarding team in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas of the establishment. They ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety regulations.

Job Responsibility-

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team
• Develop and enforce cleaning procedures and standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and dining areas
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Train new stewards on cleaning procedures and protocols
• Handle any issues or complaints related to cleanliness or sanitation
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
