About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Steward to join the resort’s Wynn Oasis team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Clean and store crockery, pots, and glassware accordingly.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas, including ovens, stovetops, floors, and ceilings.
  • Use, handle, and store cleaning chemicals correctly.
  • Remove and dispose of kitchen garbage.
  • Perform duties assigned by the Steward Team Leader and Supervisor.
  • Interact professionally and positively with department and company employees, management, and contractors.
  • Attend departmental and interdepartmental meetings and share relevant information.
  • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communication.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
  • Remain well-mannered, well-groomed, and hygienic at all times, in accordance with department and company standards.
  • Follow health and safety standards and strive for continuous improvement to prevent health and injury hazards.
  • Participate in the company recycling program and maintain strict discipline to reduce, reuse, and recycle wherever possible.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • The minimum educational qualification required is completion of secondary school; higher academic credentials are considered an asset.
  • Due to gaming operations and associated regulatory requirements, the minimum age for employment is 21 years.
  • No prior experience required; however, a minimum of 1 year of experience in the 5-star hotel industry or integrated resort is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the correct use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Physically fit and capable of cleaning high areas, large equipment, and heavy lifting.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
  • Flexible with work schedules and able to work in shifts based on business needs.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
