To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Steward (Kitchen) with a passion for cleanliness, dedication to maintaining the highest hygiene standards, and a commitment to supporting our culinary team from behind the scenes.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Keeping the heart of the kitchen spotless – washing dishes, utensils, and equipment with speed and efficiency
• Ensuring all kitchen and storage areas are cleaner than clean and always meeting or exceeding hygiene and safety standards
• Assisting chefs by organizing and stocking equipment, transporting supplies, and maintaining a smooth workflow
• Handling waste management – sorting, disposing, and recycling responsibly
• Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player to support the wider kitchen team
  
  

What we need from you:

• The strength to lift, push and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), often involving bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• A good grasp of reading, writing, and basic maths
• The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Compliance with local laws on food handling – you’ll need to meet the minimum age requirements and be fluent in the local language
• Great communication – you’ll be cooperative, reliable, and easy to work with
