About the Job: 


We are building a talent pool within Stakeholder, Relationship & Customer Experience functions at Dubai Holding. 


This is an opportunity to be considered for future roles across this function. As suitable opportunities become available, shortlisted candidates will be contacted. 


We are currently considering profiles for roles such as: 

  • Stakeholder & Partner Management 
  • Relationship & Client Management 
  • VIP Services & Customer Experience 
  • CRM, Client Engagement & Loyalty 
  • Investor & High-Value Client Relations


The main duties and responsibilities include:

 

  • Managing stakeholder, client, and partner relationships across key touchpoints 
  • Supporting customer experience and service excellence initiatives 
  • Coordinating communications, escalations, and issue resolution 
  • Maintaining accurate client and stakeholder records within CRM systems 
  • Supporting loyalty, engagement, and relationship-building activities


About you: 


The ideal candidates will have: 


  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field 
  • Experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, or customer experience roles 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • A customer-centric mindset with high attention to service quality
