Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor staff data, headcount, and deployment across projects and contracts.
Handle large volumes of payroll and staffing data and identify discrepancies.
Verify new hiring requirements, including deployment plans, timelines, and actual deployment against approved requirements.
Analyze data, identify trends and variations, and provide insights to support better planning and decision-making.
Prepare regular reports on staff strength, deployment, and payroll data.
Extract and analyze data from ERP systems and coordinate with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in payroll management, staff data management, or manpower reporting.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data accurately.
Basic understanding of ERP systems and system-generated reports.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good coordination skills.
