Role Overview

We are looking for a Global Event Lead to lead and execute high-impact, large-scale brand events across international markets.

This role will be responsible for planning and delivering global brand sponsorship ceremonies, anniversary celebrations, gala dinners, VIP incentive trips, and high-level client events, ensuring strong brand presence, cultural relevance, and cost-effective execution.

You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to turn strategic objectives into unforgettable, premium event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Global Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, manage, and execute large-scale global events, including:
• Major brand sponsorship ceremonies
• Anniversary celebrations & milestone events
• GALA dinners & high-end networking events
• VIP incentive trips & client hospitality programs
• Own the end-to-end event lifecycle: concept, budgeting, vendor sourcing, execution, and post-event evaluation.
• Ensure events align with global brand positioning while adapting to local cultural contexts.
  
  

Agency & Vendor Management

• Work closely with global and local event agencies to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder events.
• Lead agency briefings, proposals, cost negotiations, timelines, and quality control.
• Build a reliable global agency & supplier network to ensure scalability and consistency.
  
  

Budget & Cost Efficiency

• Develop and manage event budgets with a strong focus on ROI and cost-effectiveness.
• Optimize resources to deliver high-quality, premium experiences at the best possible cost.
• Track expenses and ensure transparent financial reporting.
  
  

Cross-Cultural & Global Coordination

• Demonstrate strong understanding of global cultures, etiquette, and regional event expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams across regions (Branding, Social Media, PR, Sales, Compliance).
• Manage events across different time zones, languages, and cultural environments.
  
  

Innovation & Industry Awareness

• Bring innovative thinking to event formats, engagement methods, and brand storytelling.
• Apply experience or knowledge from Web3.0, crypto, fintech, or emerging tech industries to modern event concepts.
• Stay updated on global event trends, technologies, and experiential marketing best practices.
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• 3+ years of experience in corporate event management, preferably with global or regional responsibilities.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale brand events, sponsorship ceremonies, GALA dinners, or VIP events.
• Strong background working with event agencies on complex, high-budget projects.
• Experience in Web3.0 / crypto / fintech / tech industry events is a strong plus.
