The Senior Analyst-SAP Functional (FICO) 20N25 position is an advanced role requiring deep knowledge and expertise in the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP solutions to support and enhance the business's financial processes. As a Senior Analyst, you will act as a bridge between the IT department and the business stakeholders, ensuring that financial processes are optimized and aligned with overall business goals. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support daily operations, resolve complex issues, and lead projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and operations. Candidates for this role should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of SAP FICO.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business needs.
• Lead implementation projects and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide expert-level support for SAP FICO issues and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and upgrade SAP systems.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulatory standards.
• Perform regular system audits and maintain data integrity in FICO modules.
• Continuously monitor and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency.
• Document all configurations, customizations, and procedures for reference.
• Evaluate and implement system patches, updates, and enhancements.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO modules.
• Proven track record of successful SAP FI and CO implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for complex issues.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable but not mandatory.
