An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Analyst specializing in SAP Functional (FICO) with our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with various departments within the organization to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of our SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP FICO module configuration, integration, and deployment strategies. They will also offer subject matter expertise in finance and accounting processes, driving improvements in financial operational practices. They must possess exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and can effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes to support SAP FICO module deployment.
• Configure SAP FICO components for improving financial transactional workflows.
• Facilitate integration and testing sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure system efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and implement system improvements.
• Provide technical and functional support for SAP FICO applications and users.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for financial process configurations.
• Advise on best practices for SAP financial and controlling processes implementation.
• Conduct training sessions for users on SAP FICO module functionalities and updates.
• Monitor and resolve any issues or discrepancies arising within SAP financial modules.
• Ensure consistent and accurate financial reporting and data management practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams in resolving complex system problems efficiently.
• Participate in preparation and implementation of periodic system upgrades and patches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP financial and controlling processes and practices.
• Proven experience with SAP configuration, process improvement, and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex business issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
