About the Role

The Senior System Analyst is responsible for optimizing Daikin’s regional service systems, applications and data processes to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

The role leads system enhancements, integrations, testing, implementation and user adoption across platforms including Daikin Service Manager 3, SAP, Salesforce, Spare Parts Bank, Customer Engagement Center and Learning Management System. Acting as the link between business stakeholders, MEA affiliates, IT and Headquarters, the role translates business requirements into effective system solutions and standardized processes. The role is leading the sett-up of new affiliate’s systems and training service key-users to ensure operational and business success.

How You Will Contribute

• Analyse business requirements and operational processes and translate them into effective system solutions.

• Lead system enhancement, integration and implementation projects, including requirements, testing, change management and deployment.

• Manage system changes and resolve or escalate technical issues in collaboration with IT and Headquarters.

• Standardize system processes and governance across affiliates and monitor system utilization, data quality and compliance.

• Develop reports, dashboards and data integrations to improve operational visibility and support data-driven decisions.

• Analyse data across CRM, ERP, service and other platforms to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

• Lead system setup and implementation for new affiliates and ensure effective user adoption.

• Support, train and mentor affiliate key users and develop relevant process documentation, user guides and training materials.

• Identify opportunities for automation, integration and digitalization and evaluate emerging technologies for business application.

• Act as the regional liaison between affiliates, business functions, IT and HQ on system requirements, improvements and performance.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business systems, IT or a similar technical role.

• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, CRM, ERP and service management platforms.

• Knowledge of Power BI, data integration, cloud-based systems and emerging technologies, including AI.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Experience working across functions, cultures and regional organizations is preferred.
