Sr. Supply Chain Executive

The Sr. Supply Chain Executive plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization's supply chain operations and ensuring efficiency across multiple levels. This high-level position demands a strategic thinker and a problem solver who can oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement to distribution. The executive will be responsible for planning and implementing supply chain strategies, optimizing sourcing activities, and coordinating between different departments to ensure a smooth flow of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of supply chain logistics and will work towards increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and expanding the enterprise’s capabilities. You will also be expected to lead and mentor junior supply chain staff while collaborating closely with the management team to meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy.

• Manage inventory levels to reduce excess and obsolescence, and maintain stock accuracy.
• Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of supply chain professionals and analysts.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure high quality and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT and logistics teams to implement supply chain software upgrades.
• Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to address changing conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a supply chain management role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a supply chain function.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
