Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to hit sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on business goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for the sales team.
  • Negotiate client contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to gain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process of new sales team members.
  • Provide excellent customer service to foster client loyalty and retention.
  • Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in past roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills in diverse environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in developing sales plans and executing them successfully.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is required.
