Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our quality assurance team as a Senior QA Engineer / Auditor. Key Responsibilities – Quality Assurance Engineering, Auditing & Process Improvement

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Quality department (Quality assurance and Quality control activities, Auditing (External and Internal), QMS Documentation
  • QMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001/AS 9100)
  • Experienmce and knowledge in 8D, Root Cause Analysis , Corrective actions effectiveness assessment, PPAP
  • TO monitor overall Quality Assurance activities
  • Supplier quality improvement programs
  • NCR , SCAR handling
  • Emnsuring compliance of all process to Quality system procedure requirements
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for automotive systems, ensuring thorough coverage of all requirements and functionalities to guarantee product quality.
  • Conduct in-depth audits of automotive manufacturing processes, identifying areas of non-compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, engineering, manufacturing) to resolve quality issues, implement improvements, and promote a culture of quality throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Perform root cause analysis of defects and failures, utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to determine the underlying causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Lead and participate in product testing and validation activities,
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance, conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports, including test results, defect analysis, and audit findings, to communicate quality performance to stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of the latest automotive industry trends, technologies, and quality standards to continuously improve testing methodologies and auditing practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize efficiency within the organization.

Required Skills – Quality Auditing, Data Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Expert knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, audit techniques, and relevant standards (such as ISO9001, ISO14001, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical data, conduct root cause analysis, and produce clearly documented findings.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or facilitating process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Efficient time management and the ability to effectively balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience – Senior Quality Assurance Engineering & Auditing

  • Bachelors degree in engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive quality assurance or auditing, demonstrating a solid understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of automotive components, systems, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • QMS Lead Auditor
  • Experience and knowledge in 8D, Root cause analysis, Corrective actions effectiveness assessment
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
