AIRPORT PROJECT

SR. PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN - 10 NOS.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Equipment and Systems
• Laboratory Equipment and Systems
• RO Plant
• Electrical (LV) related to production equipment and systems
• Dust extraction System
• Compressed air system
• Vacuum system (30% and 100%)
• Nitrogen generator system
• CNC Machines
• NDT Machines
• Autoclave Machines
• SL & Virtek Lasers
• Paint shops
• Maintenance and technical areas
• First level maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting work on Facility and Equipment related work on the shop floor Equipment, Modification, Repair and Improvements.
• Electrical work may be performed in a number of areas including heating, refrigeration, motors,etc.
• Install, test, inspect, maintain, service and repair lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets, wiring, specialized electrical equipment and machinery
• Operate power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment.
• Construct and maintain service equipment
• Read electrical circuit diagrams.
• Requisition materials and supplies from stock room
• Install conductors, splices cable, builds terminations and does necessary hookup for primary power lines.
• Lay underground conduit for electrical lines and install low voltage electric lines and conduit for telephone systems.
• May require to do other trades work incidental to electrical work

• Ability to read blueprints / drawings / schematics

• Understand the electrical distribution system, control and programing systems
• Use of electrical equipment:
• IR Tester
• PAD Tester
• Multi Meter or TONG Tester
• Lux level Meter
• Megger
• Earth Tester
• Vibration Tester
• Thermography Tester
• For all electrical equipment you have to know the following:
• Capacity
• Pumps & Motors: Function, Capacity and Principle of work
• UPS (Un-interrupted Power Supply) function and locations
• First level Maintenance of PLC (Troubleshooting any malfunction)
• Testing of RCCB, ELCB and EOCB (Troubleshooting, functionality testing)
• Understanding Work Orders in SAP
• Understanding the functionality of the IPad with SAP system
