Sr. Mechanical Technician (225-1016)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and repair faulty machinery as necessary.

• Interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals to facilitate maintenance tasks.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on mechanical failures and breakdowns.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and mechanical performance metrics.
• Supervise and provide training to junior technicians and apprentices as required.

• Monitor system performance and adjust settings for optimal efficiency.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of mechanical components.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mechanical technician, ideally in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex technical instructions and schematics.
• Experience with a broad range of mechanical tools and testing techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety procedures.
• Possession of relevant certifications in mechanical technology or engineering fields.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
