Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Sales Automation & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategies and processes that drive our sales team's productivity and success. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing and automating our sales operations, ensuring that our team has the tools and data insights needed to perform at their best. You will lead a team responsible for aligning sales technology with business objectives, facilitating efficient workflows, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to manage complex projects while driving continuous improvement across all sales operations initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team focused on sales operations and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and sales teams to integrate new technologies and tools effectively.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for process improvement.
  • Design and optimize CRM systems to support the sales team's performance and objectives.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on new systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines in all sales operations activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales operations and report on KPIs and metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization in sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations or related role.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading sales automation projects successfully.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and other sales technologies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
