The Senior Manager - Sales Automation & Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales processes through automation. This position involves the efficient management and analysis of sales data to support the sales team, develop business strategies, and improve sales force productivity. The role is crucial in driving continuous improvement and interfacing with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with broader organizational goals. The Senior Manager will work closely with technology teams to implement and enhance automated solutions, ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to closing. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and propose actionable insights for improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM and other sales tools.
  • Develop standardized sales procedures and ensure compliance across all sales regions.
  • Drive the adoption of automated solutions and training programs for sales staff.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to leverage technology in sales processes.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing feedback to enhance productivity.
  • Establish key metrics and dashboards to track sales activities and outcomes.
  • Manage vendor relationships relating to sales technology and automation solutions.
  • Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to guide decision-making processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operations based on performance data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in sales operations or related field.
  • Proven expertise in sales process automation and technology integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales operations software is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
