Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate and construction management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading significant real estate development projects.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective tracking and reporting.
