Oversees the management and execution of All Digital Channels business domains project portfolios and supervises project launches, products and promotion portfolio. Responsible on end-to-end delivery of all corporate digital channels products revenue generating products, promotions and services.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible on end to end delivery and implementation of all TDRA mandated rules and regulations related to systems, customer registration and corporate products
  • Leads, develop and monitor the execution of corporate development digital channels products roadmap within CIT
  • Leads the collaborative work within CIT to achieve the corporate strategic target to become the best digital service provider
  • Work with business executives to Develop the product development and delivery roadmaps
  • Ensures end-to-end delivery of IT Solution by controlling time schedule and ensuring collaboration between IT departments and with business departments.
  • Provides Professional guidance and support to subordinates to focus on customer centricity goal by promoting empowerment and enforcing agility execution technics
  • Enhance the time to market projects delivery by applying smart and agile delivery technics.
  • Leads professionals and support subordinates in carrying out the assigned function
  • Implement and applies modern delivery technics (Agile delivery methodologies…)
  • Defines, develops and monitors project control mechanisms to supervise delivery schedule. Implement best practices in project and release management
  • Provides clear direction, set targets, prioritize tasks and assigns responsibilities for the team of specialized program managers.
  • Responsible for end-to-end management of product development projects across several IT units
  • Work with corporate executives to develop the product delivery roadmaps for revenue generating products, services and promotions
  • Leads the end-to-end delivery of all corporate revenue generating products, promotions and services
  • Control, and attend Urgent and/or unplanned critical business demands and response promos to competition dynamics
  • Responsible on end-to-end delivery and implementation of all TRA mandated rules and regulations related to systems, customer registration and corporate products
  • Develop the end-to-end process to manage and execute the new corporate initiative for digital apps and products
  • Adopt and implement new technics to execute the projects with maximum agility
  • Presents to corporate executives the progress of projects delivery roadmap and strategic initiatives programs
  • Leads, coach and implement change plans to continuously improve the section’s ongoing performance and quality
  • Plan and monitor implementation of Cutting Edge technologies and digital transformation programs (such as mobile apps..)
  • Identify and develop areas of improvement within the function to enhance the overall projects delivery.
  • Identify and develop required system improvements and frame of works to enhance the time to market for products and services.
  • Provides clear direction, set targets, prioritize tasks and assigns responsibilities for the team of program managers and project managers
  • Maintain and own the continuous improvement of the Demand delivery Process
  • Ensures coordination across departments (e.g Marketing, IT) and within the technology sections (In particular with other IT Development units, IT operation, network development and network operation) in order to ensure flow of information and timely completion of projects

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with more than 10 experience, telecom domain is preferred.
