Sr Lead Engineering Manager - Design

Job Description

• Experienced MEP Design Manager with expertise in leading multidisciplinary design coordination, ensuring compliance with international standards, project specifications, and constructability requirements.
• Proven ability to manage consultants and stakeholders, optimize MEP systems, and deliver efficient designs for complex infrastructure and building projects within schedule and budget.
• Lead and manage the design development of all MEP systems for HSR infrastructure including stations, depots, tunnels, and viaduct facilities.
• Coordinate MEP designs with civil, structural, architectural, rail systems, and utilities to ensure full integration.
• Review and approve design submissions, drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings from consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international rail standards, UAE authority regulations, and safety requirements.
• Support construction by resolving design issues, RFIs, and ensuring successful testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
