Sr Azure DevOps Consultant

We are engaging an experienced Sr. Azure DevOps consultant to design and extend CI/CD pipelines supporting secure multi-environment deployments for our client - a global leading strategy-led technology consultancy.

This is a hands-on engineering role contributing to platform delivery design and implementation within agreed architecture framework, supporting delivery of secure, repeatable deployment workflows across consulting and client Azure environments.

What You Will Work On

CI/CD Architecture Support

Design, extend, and operate secure deployment pipelines supporting platform services

include:

• Contribute to the design and refinement of CI/CD pipeline architecture
• Support preparation and maintenance of pipeline implementation documentation
• Work collaboratively with architects and platform engineers to operationalise delivery workflows
  
  
  

Multi-Tenant Deployment Automation

Support secure and controlled deployment workflows across multiple Azure tenants, subscriptions, and infrastructure environments.

include:

• Extend and operate GitHub Actions pipelines to enable deployments across consulting and client infrastructure environments
• Support workload deployment across Dev, Test, and Staging platforms
• Coordinate pipeline execution across organisational boundaries where required
• Managing environment-specific configuration and deployment parameters
• Supporting infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Azure Bicep
• Maintaining consistency of platform components across tenants and subscriptions
  
  
  

Release Automation & Platform Deployment Engineering

• Support automation of platform and application release workflows across environments
• Extend pipeline logic to enable controlled deployment promotion from Dev Test Staging
• Implement deployment validation checks including health verification and smoke testing
• Support container workload deployment to Azure platform services such as Azure Container Apps
  
  
  

Core Technical Experience

Strong experience with:

• Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• CI/CD using Github actions
• Infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform or Bicep)
• Multi-environment deployment pipelines
• Container build and deployment workflows
  
  
  

Nice to have:

• DevSecOps practices
• enterprise cloud architecture exposure
• multi-tenant Azure deployments
