All-round Creative Developer / Designer

United Arab Emirates: fulltime, not remote.

We are looking for a highly talented, all-round Creative Developer / Designer to join an exceptional high-level creative environment in the United Arab Emirates.

This is not a traditional design role. We are searching for someone who moves fluidly between research, creative development, storytelling, visual culture, design execution and conceptual thinking across fashion, product design, exhibitions, spatial experiences and future-facing creative projects.

You will work closely with top specialists across multiple disciplines on ambitious and visionary projects with international impact.

• Has a strong and sophisticated design sensibility
• Is creatively versatile and multi-skilled
• Can translate abstract ideas into compelling visual outcomes
• Thrives in research, concept development and creative strategy
• Has broad cultural awareness and curiosity
• Works across disciplines with ease and precision
• Is confident in high-level creative environments
• Holds a relevant Bachelor degree (Master preferred)
• Brings relevant broad experience within design / fashion / product / cultural or creative industries
