The role of a Senior Account Executive is pivotal in driving business success and nurturing client relationships. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, working to ensure that the clients' needs are met with high satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams, leverage insights to inform strategy, and ensure the alignment of client goals with company offerings. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the delivery of client solutions.
  • Strategize and implement account plans that align with client business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends to provide clients with actionable insights and solutions.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the company and client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutual satisfaction and benefit.
  • Monitor client accounts to anticipate future needs or challenges proactively.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on new products and services available to them.
  • Coordinate the resolution of any issues or disputes to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to client senior management.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management or sales positions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience handling large, complex client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other tools to manage client data and insights.
