Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive at 26N25, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client objectives and sales targets.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present tailored sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate client contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions are met.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic account decisions.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales results and account activities.
  • Provide input into the development of marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Address and resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in networking events to boost company visibility and client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in sales, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of consistent sales performance and target achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data in decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and functions.
